Oswald Donner and Company Ltd offer a fully tracked delivery service, with the majority of orders despatched on the same working day and delivered the next working day (subject to stock availability and time of day the order is received). A tracking number is provided upon despatch, so you can trace the progress of your order.

We mainly use APC OVERNIGHT Courier Services for the majority of orders and also ROYAL MAIL and other couriers for certain smaller orders. If you have any specific delivery requirements then please CONTACT US.

Upon receiving your order we will email you a delivery quote. If you are happy with the quotation, will we process the payment for shipping and complete your order. If you are not happy and do not want to proceed,  we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. All orders are sent via a tracked service.

VAT paid by customers outside of the European Union will be credited against the shipping cost. If there are any remaining funds once the shipping cost have been made, this will be refunded to the paying account.
